We’re now well into the New Year, and our team at Doximity Hospital Solutions is revved up and ready to rock 2020 — we hope you are too!
As we reflect back on the last year, we’re proud to share some of Doximity’s top achievements with you:
1. Product Feedback and Enhancements. It’s been a great year here on the hospital side of Doximity! From our new Updater Tool to improvements to the Dashboard, we’ve added a ton of exciting features and enhancements that you requested!
But that’s not the only side of Doximity that saw success in 2019! Here are some other highlights from the year.
2. PM360 named Doximity the most innovative company for the second consecutive year. Each year, only four companies are recognized at this level, and we were honored to be the only company recognized in both 2018 and 2019.
3. Doximity released the first ever analysis on U.S. physician interest in telemedicine. As the telemedicine industry continues to boom, we’re proud to be a front-runner in the information and reporting space, keeping our physician users (and recruiters) knowledgeable and equipped for success. This particular study analyzes U.S. physician interest in telemedicine jobs, examining interest by age, employment status, gender, geographic location and specialty.
4. Deloitte recognized Doximity as one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and North America for the fourth consecutive year. Between 2015 and 2018, Doximity grew 307% in revenue. Our CEO attributes this success to the “physicians first” motto and emphasizes that “our ‘true north’ from the beginning has been to help our physicians provide better, more efficient patient care. If we focus on physicians, the profits will follow.”
5. Physicians made over 20 million calls to date using Doximity Dialer. Through Dialer, Doximity members can call patients on their cell phones while the call looks like it’s coming from their office or clinic number. We’re thrilled to see so many doctors taking advantage of this tool!
Of course, we’re not stopping there! In just the few weeks of 2020, we’ve already been listed by Business Insider as one of the top startups predicted to boom in 2020 - and we know there are a lot more big things coming our way, too.
